If a school has a great culture but student progress stagnates or reduces then isn’t it clear that the curriculum and lesson delivery model should be looked at? Well said Dom!
You’re right. It’s also true that Leadership requires the ability to remain as objective (as possible) and make the tough choices - even when these choices are counter to what your emotions are demanding of you!
